Vintage Full Fashioned Dark Blue Girls Hand Embroider Sweater

Description

Tag on this sweater state it's design (flowers) is hand embroidered and size is a small.  There is a laundry instructions tag and is attach to the tag. This sweater has some fuzzing through out it and I didn't see any flaws with the flowers. I have listed this sweater as being sleeveless however is was finished with a band.  The color is a shade of dark or navy blue in my opinion.
