Child's vintage sweater from the 1970s
New old stock with the size and brand tag attached
Original cardboard size tag still stapled to the sweater
Brown
Body and sleeves are knit in a stocking stitch with an oval knit pattern throughout
Stocking stitch is and oval pattern is highlighted by 3 horizontal knit raised lines
This pattern repeats itself approximately every 1 3/4"
Pull on over the head style
High neck knit in a narrow rib stitch that is approximately 1 3/4" long
Zipped up neck that
runs from neck to just above the chest
Zipper is brown nylon and
has a gold toned metal ring pull with a star pattern in the center of the pull
Long sleeves with a 1 1/8" long sleeve cuff in a rib knit stitch
Body hem is a 1 1/8" long band that is knit in a wide rib stitch
Brand name is Grace Knitting
Made in Canada
There is no fabric tag.  We think it is knit in an acrylic wool
