- A letter "L" was cut and repainted to create a letter "I" These blocks were used as a decoration for a mermaid theme birthday, they are damaged, paint is chipped, edges worn, discoloration some yellowing, the front paper scale print is stained. The letter "I" that was modified and repainted the color is darker teal.
