We do sell many of these products in a retail store so from time to time we may sell out of an item. If this is the case we will ask you if you would like to wait for the product to arrive or if you would like to cancel the purchase. We are usually able to have the product in a few days.

making a payment, and we will be happy to combine shipping on items that we can. We do sell several items that shipping can not be combined and we will let you know.
Shipment will be either USPS, UPS, or SpeeDee Delivery Service.
If you are in the following states we may have a less expensive shipping alternative for you: South Dakota, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, & Wisconsin. Also eastern parts of Nebraska & the St Louis Metro area. Please contact us for shipping to any of those areas

Returns:
In the unlikely event that a return is necessary, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in new condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
